Welcome to the British VWR

The BVWR run a rescue centre for wild animals that have been injured by either a car, by shotgun or children with Air rifles and left for dead by the side of the road.

BVWR is a voluntary rescue centre to help with deer, fox and vermin control

John Spent Many Years in Kenya rescuing and dealing with the big game animals of the African wildlife. He now uses that extensive experience to rescue and care for the English Wildlife.

John is registered with the police and appropriate firearm authorities.

Our aim is to see our countryside clean and protected for the wild animals and their habitat, we do not like to see any animal left injured and lying waiting to be squashed on the roadside. Most animals are not killed but suffer serious injury and only go to ground to die a slow and agonising death.

Accidents could happen to any of us, so please do something to stop this suffering if it happens to you. Call or contact us by phone or e-mail. Please do not leave the animal lying in the road, or ignore it if it runs away frightened to hide and find cover.

If you would like to make any donations to help British VWR in their work we gratefully accept cheques payable to British VWR and sent to TSB Bank, 31 The Parade, Swindon SN1 1BB.

Many thanks for your kind help.
